Learning a new skill, knowledge or language is a fantastic way to keep your mind sharp and give you a good feeling of achievement and satisfaction. The end result being that you feel happier with yourself.

3) Social Interactions - Being able to relate to your fellow man or woman regularly is a major key to happiness. Human's are social beings and social isolation will usually, if not always lead to feelings of depression and anxiety. The opposite however can be said for those who socialize frequently. Socializing allows you to feel accepted and validated, and you feel more connected with the world around you. Ensuring moderate contact with other people daily is a fantastic way to avoid depressive feelings and will lead to a happier life.
