See Positivity In All Things

The challenges we face as we go through life, aren't always black and white. Sometimes it's the grey areas that provide the most value and illumination. There will be times when we should take things at face value, but there are so many other times when we need to take a step back and appreciate the lessons that each experience teaches us.

Perspective is everything!

Take a step back from a situation where you're in conflict. Arguing with people, or internalizing things will only lead to insidious tendencies, and an inability to see the complete picture. It's difficult to do this I know, but being able to keep perspective and be objective allows you to take in everything, empathize with people, and come to the best conclusions for everyone involved. In the end, everyone wants to be happy.

Don't get mad.

When we lose our temper, we lose perspective. We stop listening and learning. It is vitally important that we are able to gather in our emotions, so that we can continually digest each circumstance appropriately, and make the correct decisions. Quite often, people rush to judgements, or actions before being able to see a situation for what it really is, or how to cope with it best. I'm not saying that you can't be passionate about life, but don't masquerade as with your temper.

Enjoy the process.

Understand that we are meant to face challenges. I keep saying that the most valuable lessons I've learned in life, were the ones that were the most difficult. They are meant to be that way. If everything came easy, you wouldn't respect and value it. You wouldn't give it a second thought or consideration. On the other hand, if something happened to you that was profound, that experience would have a big impact on how you live life going into the future. So take a deep breath and relax. Everything will work out in the end. It always does, so freaking out won't solve anything. Understand that this experience you're going through right now was meant to be.

There is so much negativity in the world, and it seems that everywhere you go. Television is full of negative stereotypes and news. Don't let yourself be drowned into the game people play by goading you into some bitch-fest, where the people try and trump each other of how their life sucks. Be above that. Understand that the struggle is temporary and necessary. And when the smoke has cleared, you will have learned from your experience and become a better person because of it
