The Mystery of Happiness

By Elena Moiseenko

It seems like we always think that our life would be so much easier, if we finished studying, got married or found a better job.... But when we have already gotten all that, we are still controlled by so many worries and anxieties again and again... We are not satisfied, when our life is not what we would like it for ourselves. For some silly reason nothing can make us truly happy or happy enough...

Are there many people who recognize that the happiest time in their life is the moment they are living in? Life contains many challenges, troubles and losses...It puts us to a test all the time... The way to adapt ourselves to the life we have - is accepting it the way it is, and truly believing in ourselves. Anyone knows what happiness feels like, and it is a great feeling! So why can not we let it in our hearts?

Please do not wait for any miracle to happen or for anybody to bring the happiness to you! Do not wait until you are graduated, do not wait until you can earn more money, get more success, get married or retired to see what happiness is...

Do not wait until spring, summer, fall or winter to feel happiness. Do not wait until the sunrise or sunset to feel happiness. Do not wait until Saturday, weekend, holiday, birthday or any special occasion to feel happiness. Feel happy now. Why not?

Happiness is a road, an itinerary... Let us enjoy every moment on that itinerary. Let us spend the time taking care of people we love including ourselves. It is never too late to start feeling happy for no particular reason; feeling happy just because we are alive and healthy, and have some loving and caring people around us...

If you really think about it, you will probably find a hundred and one reasons, why you should feel happy right now. Am I right?

Let us love and live with all our hearts, as if we have never suffered a great misery and disappointment.

We will sure find the true happiness, if we learn to enjoy every day of our life no matter what it brings...
